Invitations:
This might be my favorite part of any event or party. Invitations give you a little sneak peak of what your party is going to be all about! There's many different types of ways to send out an invitation. Whether it's an evite, handheld invitation, or a facebook event, there's no wrong way to go. Personally, I love receiving a hand-held invitation as it feels more special to me! Here's some great options for a handheld invitation:
'Christmas Party' Invitation (25 Invitations/5" x 7"/Double-Sided/Includes Envelopes)
'Eat, Drink And Be Merry' Invitation (12 Invitations/5" x 7"/Includes Envelopes)
'Christmas Party, Please Join Us For A Jolly Good Time!' Invitation (20 Invitations/4"x 6"/Double-Sided/Includes Envelopes)
'Please Join Us For A Christmas Party' Invitation (25 Invitations/5" x 7"/Double-Sided/Includes Envelopes & Stickers)
Decorations:
This is the where the magic happens! Decorate the rooms with these joyful decorations. Feel free to use a little or a lot for the decorations, as the result will be fantastic either way. When preparing the decorations, I always consider the area I'm decorating first. Is the event taking place in a venue or at home? Both are excellent choices, but be sure to customize the decorations to suit your event space. The second thing I think about is my color theme. It's around Christmas time so I added a maroon red and olive green, I liked that they were muted to give the party a more mature feel. I added a cream and toffee brown as well. The black and gold colors are your pops of color that can give an elegant and fancy vibe.
Starting with a backdrop for photos and some balloon decorations is a fantastic way to begin! When setting up the backdrop, I suggest placing it against a spacious open wall. These Gold Tinsel Curtains work perfectly for creating a backdrop and can also be reused for a New Year's celebration. Once the backdrop is in place, you can move on to arranging the balloons. I enjoy using balloons for decorating because they provide a large coverage without costing a fortune. Combining Red Balloons, Green Balloons, Cream Balloons, and Brown Balloons would create a lovely balloon arrangement. When creating these arrangements, I take a few factors into account. Firstly, I consider the fullness of the arrangement, which can be enhanced by using ribbons of varying lengths. Secondly, I think about adding different shapes to the arrangement to add visual interest. For this purpose, I recommend using the Gold Star Balloon Set, which features a muted gold color to help compliment the theme.
Once you have set up a photo spot, remember to place some Disposable Cameras nearby for guests to capture moments! I love using these disposable cameras to add a vintage touch to the photos.
To take your party to the next level, consider adding these Hanging Christmas Trees or Assorted Hanging Ornaments in transitional areas. These decorations are great for a home that has several rooms that can be available to the guest. Guests often move to a different room to have a conversation when there is a dance party happening in another room.
For a really cost efficient decoration, use these Assorted Colored Party Streamers. They are also incredibly easy to set up. Begin by securing them with tape on a wall or ceiling, twist them, and tape the other end to complete the look. Hanging them above the dance floor will create a fantastic visual effect.
For the spaces that need a filler, these Brown Bow Decorations are perfect for them. You can place these along the edge of the serving table, within the centerpieces and or on the Christmas tree! It really can tie together a decorated space!

Decorative Tableware Items:
Start by setting up your guest(s) table by adding these Beige Tablecloths. You can layer these tablecloths with these Burgundy Red Table Runners, they are incredibly easy to set up! After, you can place this Artificial Christmas Garland along the tables. When organizing any event, I always try to buy pieces that can later be reused. These garlands are a great example of that. Another reason I love these garlands are because they are already pre-lit so no need to buy lights. You can stop at this point, but I always like to take it a step further by adding some height to the tables. Pre-lit Birch Trees are an excellent option as well as these Gold Trees. I can't get over how much I am obsessed with those gold trees. I know these items can be costly but once you've bought them, they can be placed around your home during the holidays! If you are wanting a more budget-friendly option for trees, these smaller Pine Trees are perfect. You can add these smaller Gold Candle Holders with these Tea Light Candles or these Black Candlestick Holders with these Candlesticks to turn your dinner into a candle lit dinner. Candle lit dinners give a very elegant feel! You don't need to include all of these decorations, I always provide various options to customize this party according to your preferences. There are numerous ways to arrange these decorations, such as pairing pine trees with tea gold candles, garland with candlesticks, or table runners with birch trees. To add that personal and final touch to this dinner, add Personalized Place Cards for each person!

Dinnerware:
Now that your tables are set up, let's talk about your dinnerware items. You can go with this White & Gold Dinnerware Set, it's easy because it comes with a majority of the items you will need: dinner plates, dessert plates and silverware. I love mixing these different tableware items together. This Green & Gold Plate Set is stunning with the gold edge on them. I placed them with these Plastic Gold Silverware and Burgundy Red Napkins. If you aren't feeling the brighter napkins, you can opt for these simpler White & Gold Napkins. Either way, the rectangular shape on the napkins gives a fancier look. To complete the look, I love these Champagne Glasses with the small touch of gold on them. For those not drinking champagne, these Clear Cups are a great option.
Everyone loves a sweet treat at any party or event. Whether you do a smaller dessert like brownies or cookies or even a larger dessert like a cupcake, this Three Tier Dessert Stand is perfect for displaying those sweet treats! I love how simple and elegant it is, especially with the little touch of gold! If you want to layer your dessert flat, you can opt for these simple Three Pack of Serving Trays as well. I love these ones especially because you can reuse these on a console table or nightstand!

Whenever I host an event or party, I make it a point to provide entertainment for the guests. There are several fantastic options to consider for this gathering. One classic choice is to create a designated dance area with lively music playing, ensuring everyone can enjoy themselves and dance the night away. Make sure to have some festive playlist with all of the Christmas classics. For a more intimate gathering, organizing a white elephant Christmas gift exchange can be an enjoyable and engaging activity.
